BAVARIA beschließt wieder Rückkauf eigener Aktien 16.1.2025 Pressemitteilung Der Vorstand der Münchner Industrieholding BAVARIA Industries Group AG plant ein Rückkaufangebot. Die Aktionäre können der Gesellschaft im Rahmen des Rückkaufangebotes die Aktien andienen. In der Zeit vom Dienstag, den 21. Januar 2025 bis Freitag, den 14. Februar 2025 können auf Grundlage des Beschlusses der Hauptversammlung vom 25. August 2023 bis zu 80.000 Stück Aktien von allen BAVARIA Industries Group AG-Aktionären zum Preis von EUR 82 angedient werden. Die zurückerworbenen Aktien können zu allen im Ermächtigungsbeschluss der Hauptversammlung vorgesehenen Zwecken verwendet werden. Das Angebot bezieht sich auf insgesamt bis zu 80.000 BAVARIA Industries Group-Stückaktien ISIN DE0002605557, was ca. 1,74 % des derzeitigen Grundkapitals der Gesellschaft entspricht. Die Gesellschaft behält sich vor, die Annahmefrist zu verlängern. Sollte sie sich dafür entscheiden, wird sie dies vor Ablauf der Annahmefrist bekannt geben. Die Vorschriften des WpÜG finden auf dieses Angebot keine Anwendung, und damit auch nicht dessen Regelungen über eine mögliche Verlängerung der Annahmefrist.
