Zug, 22. Oktober 2026 – Dr. Joachim Damasky, Chief Executive Officer und Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats der LION E-Mobility AG (ISIN: CH0560888270), tritt im Einvernehmen mit dem Verwaltungsrat mit Ablauf des 31. Januar 2027 in den Ruhestand. Zum selben Zeitpunkt scheidet er aus dem Verwaltungsrat aus. Bis dahin bleibt Dr. Damasky im Amt, um einen geordneten Übergang sicherzustellen, und steht LION danach weiterhin als Berater zur Verfügung. Das operative Geschäft wird künftig von einem neuen Geschäftsführer der deutschen Tochtergesellschaften LION Smart GmbH und LION Smart Production GmbH geleitet, der in Kürze bekannt gegeben wird.
