EQS-Ad-hoc: Vitruvia Medical AG / Schlagwort(e): Kapitalerhöhung/Kapitalmaßnahme Ad-hoc-Mitteilung Vitruvia Medical AG schliesst erfolgreiche Kapitalerhöhung ab und stärkt ihre Finanzstruktur Die Vitruvia Medical AG gibt bekannt, dass am 15. Dezember 2025 erfolgreich eine Kapitalerhöhung durchgeführt wurde. Das neu geschaffene Kapital wurde vollständig zur Rückzahlung der Anfang Dezember fälligen Wandelanleihe verwendet. Durch diese Maßnahme wurde das Eigenkapital der Gesellschaft gestärkt und das Fremdkapital signifikant reduziert. Die verbesserte Kapitalstruktur stellt die langfristige Finanzierung der Vitruvia Medical AG sicher und trägt wesentlich zur wirtschaftlichen Stabilität des Unternehmens bei.
