Medienmitteilung vom 19. März 2025 Die Generalversammlung der BB Biotech AG stimmt allen Anträgen zu und genehmigt die Dividende von CHF 1.80 pro Aktie An der ordentlichen Generalversammlung der BB Biotech AG von heute haben die Aktionäre sämtliche Anträge des Verwaltungsrats angenommen. Die Aktionäre stimmten einer Dividendenausschüttung von CHF 1.80 brutto pro Aktie zu. Die Auszahlung erfolgt am 25. März 2025 mit Stichtag vom 24. März 2025 und Ex-Dividendendatum vom 21. März 2025. Die Aktionäre haben die bisherigen Verwaltungsräte Dr. Thomas von Planta (Präsident), Dr. Clive Meanwell, Laura Hamill, Dr. Pearl Huang, Prof. Dr. Mads Krogsgaard Thomsen und Camilla Soenderby für eine weitere einjährige Amtsdauer wiedergewählt.
