PRESSEMITTEILUNG Strategische Neuausrichtung wird weiter vorangetrieben – Führungswechsel bei Sport1 Medien-Gruppe Pratteln, 05. August 2025 Die Sport1 Medien-Gruppe setzt ihre im vergangenen Jahr eingeleitete Neuausrichtung fort. Nach dem Einstieg von Acunmedya Holding B.V. bei der Sport1 GmbH als 50-Prozent-Gesellschafter im Jahr 2024 sowie dem erfolgreichen Verkauf der Tochtergesellschaft PLAZAMEDIA GmbH an die DMC Production GmbH im Juli 2025 wird die Konzernstruktur der Sport1 Medien-Gruppe weiter vereinfacht. Im Zuge dieser Neuausrichtung und Vereinfachung scheiden die bisherigen Geschäftsführer der Sport1 Medien GmbH, Robin Seckler und Dr. Matthias Kirschenhofer, aus ihren bisherigen Funktionen aus. Der Verwaltungsrat der Highlight Communications AG dankt Robin Seckler und Dr. Matthias Kirschenhofer für die langjährige Zusammenarbeit und wünscht Tufan Özkul für seine neue Aufgabe alles Gute.
