Die Highlight Communications AG („Highlight Communications“, „das Unternehmen“) kann auf eine hervorragende operative Leistung im vergangenen Geschäftsjahr 2025 zurückblicken. Die Geschäftsentwicklung hat sich in allen Bereichen gegenüber dem Vorjahr deutlich verbessert. Basierend auf den vorläufigen, ungeprüften Zahlen wird ein konsolidierter Umsatz zwischen CHF 405 Mio. und CHF 410 Mio. erwartet, was über dem Vorjahreswert von CHF 404,1 Mio. liegt. Das EBITDA stieg von CHF 77,5 Mio. auf CHF 170 Mio. bis CHF 177 Mio. Der Cashflow aus der laufenden Geschäftstätigkeit stieg deutlich von CHF 36,4 Mio. auf zwischen CHF 130 Mio. bis CHF 139 Mio. Weitere Finanzzahlen befinden sich derzeit in der Prüfung. In den ersten neun Monaten 2025 erzielte die Highlight-Gruppe einen konsolidierten Umsatz von CHF 264,7 Mio., EBITDA von CHF 55,6 Mio. und der Cashflow aus der laufenden Geschäftstätigkeit betrug CHF 82,5 Mio. (ungeprüfte Zahlen). Aufgrund der aktuellen Geschäftsentwicklung geht das Unternehmen davon aus, dass sich der positive Trend auch im Jahr 2026 fortsetzen wird. Die endgültigen Zahlen für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 werden voraussichtlich im April 2026 veröffentlicht.
