Bernhard Burgener wurde als Präsident des Verwaltungsrats für eine weitere Amtszeit wiedergewählt, ebenso wurden Peter von Büren, Edda Kraft und Stefan Wehrenberg für ein weiteres Jahr als Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrats bestätigt.
