EQS-Ad-hoc: Highlight Communications AG / Schlagwort(e): Sonstiges Veröffentlichung einer Insiderinformation gemäss Artikel 17 MAR Pratteln, 11. Februar 2024 Angebot von TEAM im Ausschreibungsverfahren der UEFA Klubwettbewerbe für die Spielzeiten 2027 – 2033 bleibt unberücksichtigt UC3, die Joint Venture Gesellschaft zwischen UEFA und der Europäischen Klubvereinigung (ECA), hat TEAM Marketing AG ("TEAM"), eine Tochtergesellschaft der Highlight Communications AG, mitgeteilt, dass sie im laufenden Ausschreibungsverfahren für die UEFA Klubwettbewerbe, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League und UEFA Conference League für die Spielzeiten 2027 bis 2033 in exklusive Verhandlungsgespräche mit einem Mitbewerber von TEAM gehen wird. Die Entscheidung folgt auf ein offenes Ausschreibungsverfahren, das im vergangenen Sommer eingeleitet wurde und bei dem sich eine Reihe von globalen und regionalen Agenturen wie auch TEAM beworben haben. TEAM, ist seit mehr als 35 Jahren der Marketingpartner der UEFA. Der aktuelle Agenturvertrag mit der UEFA deckt die UEFA Klubwettbewerbe der Spielzeiten bis 2026/2027 ab, bis dahin wird TEAM den laufenden Agenturvertrag weiterhin erfüllen und die Neuausrichtung ab 2027 planen.
