Januar 2025 – Die Shelly Group SE (Ticker: SLYG / ISIN: BG1100003166) („Shelly Group“ / „die Gesellschaft“) hat im Geschäftsjahr 2024 nach vorläufigen Zahlen einen Anstieg der Umsatzerlöse aus dem Verkauf von Geräten und damit verbundenen Dienstleistungen um rund 43 % auf rund EUR 107 Mio. (rund BGN 209 Mio.) im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum erzielt. Damit wurde die Konzernumsatzprognose von EUR 105 Mio. (rund BGN 205 Mio.) leicht übertroffen. Dabei ist zu berücksichtigen, dass die Shelly Group im 4. Quartal 2024 Änderungen der Konditionen mit ihren Hauptkunden eingeleitet hat und bietet nun volumenabhängige Bonuszahlungen an, die als Minderung der Umsatzerlöse verbucht werden. Auf vergleichbarer Basis beträgt das Wachstum rund 45 % auf rund EUR 109 Mio. (rund BGN 213 Mio.). Die EBIT-Prognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 wird bekräftigt. Das Umsatzziel von von rund EUR 200 Mio. für 2026 bleibt unverändert. Die Gesellschaft wird die ungeprüften Konzernzahlen für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 am 24.
