Juli 2026 – Hiermit teilt die Shelly Group SE (Ticker: SLYG / ISIN: BG1100003166) („Shelly Group“ / „die Gesellschaft) im Anschluss an jüngste Medienberichte über eine mögliche Transaktion, an der die Shelly Group SE beteiligt ist, mit, dass sich das Unternehmen in vorläufigen Gesprächen mit Schneider Electric über ein mögliches Kaufangebot für die Aktien des Unternehmens befindet. Es besteht keine Gewissheit, dass diese Gespräche zur Abgabe eines Angebots führen werden, noch gibt es Gewissheit hinsichtlich der Bedingungen oder des Zeitpunkts eines etwaigen Angebots, sollte ein solches unterbreitet werden. Die Gesellschaft wird zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt keine weiteren Stellungnahmen abgeben. Eine weitere Bekanntmachung wird zu gegebener Zeit gemäß den geltenden aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen erfolgen.
