EQS-Ad-hoc: ASTA Energy Solutions AG / Schlagwort(e): Prognoseänderung Oed (Österreich), 18.08.2026 – ASTA Energy Solutions AG erhöht auf Basis der vorläufigen Geschäftsentwicklung im ersten Halbjahr 2026 und der aktualisierten Einschätzung für das zweite Halbjahr die Prognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2026.
Der Vorstand erwartet nunmehr ein bereinigtes EBITDA in einer Bandbreite von EUR 60 bis 64 Mio. (bisher: EUR 55 bis 59 Mio.). Grund für die Anhebung ist im Wesentlichen die anhaltend starke Nachfrage nach Komponenten für die Strominfrastruktur. Die Prognose für Net Sales und Net Value Sales bleibt unverändert.
