PIERER Mobility AG (künftig: Bajaj Mobility AG): Verkauf von FELT Bicycles an die Minderheitsgesellschafter
Die PIERER Mobility AG, welche in Kürze in Bajaj Mobility AG umfirmiert wird, beendet ihr operatives Engagement im Fahrradbereich mit dem Verkauf von Felt Bicycles. Die neuen Eigentümer Florian Burguet und Cesar Rojo waren bereits seit 2023 Geschäftsführer und Minderheitsgesellschafter von FELT und werden die beiden Gesellschaften in Spanien und Nordamerika inklusive der Marke eigenständig weiterführen. Der Kaufpreis liegt im mittleren einstelligen Millionenbereich. Das Closing der Transaktion steht unter der aufschiebenden Bedingung der Zustimmung durch den Aufsichtsrat und soll noch vor Jahresende vollzogen werden.
Damit ist der nächste Meilenstein in der Fokussierung auf das Segment Motorcycles umgesetzt. Das Motorcycle-Portfolio der Gruppe umfasst künftig die drei Kernmarken KTM, GasGas und Husqvarna.
