PIERER MOBILITY AG (to be renamed soon to Bajaj Mobility AG): Sale of FELT Bicycles to minority shareholders marks next success in restructuring Wels, November 21st, 2025. With the sale of FELT Bicycles, PIERER Mobility AG (to be renamed soon to Bajaj Mobility AG) is concluding its operational involvement in the bicycle sector. This marks another milestone in the company's focus on the motorcycles segment. The new full owners, Florian Burguet and Cesar Rojo, have been managing directors and minority shareholders of FELT since 2023. They will continue to operate the FELT brand globally and run the two main FELT companies in Spain and North America. In recent months, significant milestones in the Group's realignment have already been achieved, Including the termination of CFMOTO sales and the sale of MV Agusta and X-Bow. The closing of the transaction is subject to the condition precedent of approval by the Supervisory Board and is expected to be completed before the end of the year.
