Bajaj Mobility AG: Internationales Bankenkonsortium gewährt der KTM AG einen Refinanzierungskredit zur Stärkung ihrer finanziellen Basis
Mattighofen, 26. Februar 2026 Die Bajaj Mobility AG gibt hiermit bekannt, dass die KTM AG erfolgreich einen Kredit zur Refinanzierung ihrer bestehenden Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber der Bajaj Auto International Holdings B.V. erhalten hat. Im Zuge der Sanierung im vergangenen Jahr hatte die Bajaj Auto International Holdings B.V. der KTM AG zur Finanzierung der Sanierungsplanquote im Mai 2025 ein Darlehen in Höhe von EUR 450 Millionen ausgereicht. Der aktuelle Refinanzierungskredit wird von einem internationalen Bankenkonsortium gewährt und hat ein Gesamtvolumen von 550 Millionen Euro. Der Kredit ist unbesichert, hat eine Laufzeit von fünf Jahren und ist im niedrigen bis mittleren einstelligen Prozentbereich verzinst. Während der Laufzeit des Darlehensvertrags unterliegt die KTM AG marktüblichen Beschränkungen hinsichtlich Dividendenausschüttungen. Mit Unterzeichnung des Kreditvertrags werden die Refinanzierungsmaßnahmen der KTM AG abgeschlossen sein.
