EQS-Ad-hoc: Steyr Motors AG / Schlagwort(e): Dividende Veröffentlichung einer Insiderinformation nach Artikel 17 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 Steyr, Österreich, 5. März 2026 – Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der Steyr Motors AG haben heute beschlossen, der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 die Ausschüttung einer Dividende in Höhe von EUR 0,25 je dividendenberechtigter Aktie vorzuschlagen. Die Einzelheiten des Beschlussvorschlags werden gesondert und rechtzeitig vor der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung der Steyr Motors AG, die am 10. April 2026 stattfinden wird, veröffentlicht werden. Die endgültige Beschlussfassung über die Verwendung des Bilanzgewinns obliegt der Hauptversammlung. Der Jahresabschluss der Steyr Motors AG für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 wird am 6.
