Steyr Motors schließt umfangreiche Entwicklungs- & Liefervereinbarung mit Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH Strategische Partnerschaft für zukunftssichere Technologie Die Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH, eine Tochtergesellschaft der Rheinmetall AG, ist ein führender Hersteller taktischer Fahrzeuge und setzt auf innovative Technologien zur Leistungs- und Effizienzsteigerung von Verteidigungs-Plattformen. Die Steyr Motors AG bringt in diese Partnerschaft ihre langjährige Erfahrung und ihr technologisches Know-how in der Entwicklung leistungsfähiger Dieselmotoren und Stromaggregate ein. Mit Hauptsitz in Steyr, Österreich, ist die Steyr Motors AG ein weltweit führendes Unternehmen in der Entwicklung und Produktion von speziellen Hochleistungs-Motoren mit hoher Leistungsdichte und Langlebigkeit. Die Motoren des Unternehmens werden hauptsächlich in Defense-Spezialfahrzeugen, Booten (sowohl Defense als auch zivil) sowie als Hilfsaggregate („APU“) für Kampfpanzer und Lokomotiven eingesetzt. Im Gesamtjahr 2024 erzielte Steyr Motors einen Umsatz von EUR 41,7 Mio. und ein EBIT von 10,1 Mio. Für das Jahr 2025 strebt Steyr Motors ein Umsatzwachstum von mindestens 40 % im Jahresvergleich, eine bereinigte EBIT-Marge von mindestens 20 % sowie eine Produktionsmenge von mehr als 1.250 Einheiten an.
