EQS-Ad-hoc: EPH Group AG / Schlagwort(e): Bedeutende Verträge/Sonstiges Die EPH Group AG („EPH“) hat heute über ihre 100%-Tochtergesellschaft EPH BGL GmbH mit fünf Grundstückseigentümern grundbuchsfähige Kaufverträge über den Erwerb einer insgesamt rund 26.363 m² großen Liegenschaft, bestehend aus mehreren Grundstücksteilen, in einem bekannten Weinbaugebiet im Burgenland abgeschlossen. Die EPH plant auf der Liegenschaft die Entwicklung eines Wein-, Gourmet-, Golf- und Thermenresorts im Luxussegment mit rund 300 Betten in Suiten und privaten Villen. Der Gesamtkaufpreis für sämtliche Liegenschaften beträgt insgesamt EUR 263.630 und wird nach Eintritt der aufschiebenden Bedingungen (a) der erforderlichen Umwidmung sämtlicher Flächen in Bauland und (b) der Erteilung der rechtskräftigen Baubewilligung für das geplante Resort-Projekt fällig. Die grundbücherliche Durchführung der abgeschlossenen Kaufverträge und die Einverleibung des Eigentums der EPH BGL GmbH erfolgt, sobald die aufschiebenden Bedingungen eingetreten sind (Closing). Die EPH BGL GmbH hat das Recht, von den Kaufverträgen zurückzutreten, sollte die rechtskräftige Baubewilligung für das Resort-Projekt nicht bis spätestens 31.12.2030 vorliegen.
