Ergebnisse der Hauptversammlung der AT&S
Leoben – Die heutige 30. ordentliche Hauptversammlung der AT & S Austria Technologie und Systemtechnik Aktiengesellschaft (AT&S) hat die Auszahlung von keiner Dividende für das Geschäftsjahr 2023/24 beschlossen.
Zum Abschlussprüfer für den Jahresabschluss und den Konzernabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/25 wurde die Deloitte Audit Wirtschaftsprüfungs GmbH bestellt.
Auch alle sonstigen zur Beschlussfassung vorgelegten Tagesordnungspunkte wurden von den bei der Hauptversammlung vertretenen Aktionären angenommen.
