Leoben – Der Aufsichtsrat von AT&S hat in seiner heutigen Sitzung die Bestellung von Dr. Michael Mertin zum Mitglied des Vorstands und Vorstandsvorsitzenden (CEO) der Gesellschaft mit Wirkung zum 1. Mai 2025 und einer Laufzeit von drei Jahren beschlossen.
AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik Aktiengesellschaft – Advanced Technologies & Solutions AT&S ist ein weltweit führender Hersteller von hochwertigen IC-Substraten und Leiterplatten sowie Entwickler zukunftsweisender Verbindungstechnologien für die Kernbereiche Mobile Endgeräte, Automotive & Aerospace, Industrial, Medical und Hochleistungscomputing für VR- und KI-Anwendungen. AT&S verfügt über eine globale Präsenz mit Produktionsstandorten in Österreich (Leoben, Fehring) sowie Werken in Indien (Nanjangud) und China (Shanghai, Chongqing). Eine neue High-End-Produktionsstätte für IC-Substrate wird derzeit in Malaysia (Kulim) in Betrieb genommen. In Leoben wird ein europäisches Kompetenzzentrum mit angeschlossener Serienproduktion für IC-Substrat-Technologien gebaut. Beide Standorte nehmen im Geschäftsjahr 2024/25 die Produktion auf.
