AT&S Vorstand schlägt vor, für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/25 keine Dividende auszuschütten

Leoben – Der Vorstand der AT&S hat heute, vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats beschlossen, der 31. ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 3. Juli 2025 vorzuschlagen, für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/25 keine Dividende auszuschütten (VJ: 0,00 € je Aktie). Der Gewinn soll stattdessen zur Stärkung der Bilanzposition verwendet werden.
Die Jahresergebnisse für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/25 werden am 15. Mai 2025 und der Geschäftsbericht am 5. Juni 2025 veröffentlicht.
AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik Aktiengesellschaft – Advanced Technologies & Solutions AT&S ist ein weltweit führender Hersteller von hochwertigen IC-Substraten und Leiterplatten sowie Entwickler zukunftsweisender Verbindungstechnologien für die Kernbereiche Mobile Endgeräte, Automotive & Aerospace, Industrial, Medical und Hochleistungscomputing für VR- und KI-Anwendungen. AT&S verfügt über eine globale Präsenz mit Produktionsstandorten in Österreich (Leoben, Fehring) sowie Werken in Indien (Nanjangud) und China (Shanghai, Chongqing). Eine neue High-End-Produktionsstätte für IC-Substrate wird derzeit in Malaysia (Kulim) in Betrieb genommen. In Leoben wird ein europäisches Kompetenzzentrum mit angeschlossener Serienproduktion für IC-Substrat-Technologien gebaut. Beide Standorte nehmen im Geschäftsjahr 2024/25 die Produktion auf.
