hGears AG increases its forecast for adjusted EBITDA and free cash flow for the full year 2025

Schramberg 23 October 2025 – Based on the latest order indicators and expectations regarding business development, the Management Board of hGears AG has raised its forecast for the full year 2025.

The Management Board of hGears AG expects revenues for the full year 2025 to be at the upper end of the previously communicated range and anticipates consolidated revenues of EUR 87 - 90 million (previous forecast: EUR 80 - 90 million).

The company expects the adjusted EBITDA to be between minus EUR 1 million and plus EUR 1 million (previous forecast: minus EUR 4 million to minus EUR 1 million) thanks to the operational measures implemented, and the free cash flow to be between minus EUR 2 million and EUR 0 million (previous forecast: negative free cash flow of minus EUR 6 million to minus EUR 2 million).

The company will publish its results for the nine months of 2025 on 11 November 2025.
