Michael Köhler and Stephan Weber nominated for the Supervisory Board of Redcare Pharmacy. Sevenum, 2 April 2025. At Redcare Pharmacy’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 15 May 2025, changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board will be on the agenda. Redcare Pharmacy nominates the company’s founders and former board members Michael Köhler and Stephan Weber to succeed Frank Köhler and Henriette Peucker, who have decided to leave at the end of their current terms. Björn Söder, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, comments: "I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Henriette and Frank. Their expertise and dedication have played a key role in driving Redcare's success. As chair of the Nomination Committee, Henriette was central to shaping the current composition of the Managing Board. During her tenure, an external CEO search and the internal succession of the CCO and CIO were completed. Frank’s long-standing tenure, along with his profound financial expertise and business acumen, has been crucial for the development of Redcare from a start-up to Europe’s leading online pharmacy. At the same time, I am excited to welcome back Michael and Stephan – two individuals who embody true entrepreneurial spirit and bring considerable industry knowledge to the Supervisory Board. With his proven track record in the scaling of e-commerce initiatives, Stephan will be an ideal addition to help drive the company’s next growth phase. Coupled with Michael's strategic mindset as well as his extensive Rx online pharmacy and pharma industry expertise, both new members will be invaluable assets as we continue to advance our long-term strategy." Alongside the nomination of Michael Köhler and Stephan Weber, it is proposed to re-appoint Jérôme Cochet for a term of one year. Subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting, the Supervisory Board will consist of Björn Söder (Chairman), Jaska de Bakker (Deputy Chairwoman), Jérôme Cochet, Michael Köhler and Stephan Weber. The convocation of the AGM has been published on the company's website today.
