Change in Redcare Pharmacy’s Managing Board: CFO Jasper Eenhorst to step down. Sevenum, the Netherlands, 26 September 2025. After almost six years as CFO, Jasper Eenhorst will leave Redcare Pharmacy to take on new career opportunities. He is stepping down from the Managing Board today, but will remain with the company until the end of this year to support a smooth transition to his successor. Björn Söder, Chairman of the Supervisory Board comments: “On behalf of the entire Supervisory Board, I would like to sincerely thank Jasper for his exceptional commitment and valuable contribution to the company’s successful development and growth during his tenure. Jasper was instrumental in several successful capital market transactions, among others, the placement of €300 million senior unsecured convertible bonds last April which extended the company’s debt maturity and laid a solid basis for further growth. We have developed our business model over the past years and expanded our market leadership - now also in the German prescription market. We have turned Redcare Pharmacy into a profitable growth story ready for the future. This is a natural moment for Jasper to move on. We wish him every success in his next chapters.” The Supervisory Board has already initiated the search for a new CFO and expects it to be concluded soon. Until a successor has been appointed, the CFO’s responsibilities will be assumed on an interim basis by Olaf Heinrich, CEO of Redcare Pharmacy.
