Andrea Behrendt to become CFO at ZEAL from April 1, 2025

• Board member Sebastian Bielski leaves the company at his own request as of March 31, 2025
• Andrea Behrendt, currently VP Group Controlling & Portfolio Management at ZEAL, will take over the areas of finance, investor relations and all ESG issues on the Management Board

Hamburg, 03 March 2025. Andrea Behrendt will become Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ZEAL Network SE, the market leader for online lotteries in Germany, on April 1, 2025. In this role, she succeeds Sebastian Bielski, who has informed the Supervisory Board of ZEAL Network SE that he wishes to leave the company to pursue new professional challenges. The Supervisory Board has decided to comply with this wish and to terminate his contract prematurely as of March 31, 2025.

Andrea Behrendt is currently VP Group Controlling & Portfolio Management at ZEAL Network SE. She has held various positions in finance at ZEAL since 2012. She is also CFO of the subsidiary LOTTO24 AG. Prior to her career at ZEAL, Andrea Behrendt held various management positions in controlling at well-known companies such as VTG and the Hofmeister Group.

In his role as CFO, Sebastian Bielski was responsible for finance, investor relations and all ESG issues. His term of office included the squeeze-out of LOTTO24 AG in November 2024. To ensure a smooth transition, Sebastian Bielski will complete the current annual report before Andrea Behrendt takes over the role of CFO on April 1, 2025. “I did not take the decision lightly, as ZEAL is an extremely dynamic and attractive company with a great and highly motivated team,” explains Sebastian Bielski.
