Uniper SE: Uniper expects a significant decline in earnings for the nine months of the fiscal year 2025 in comparison to the previous year. Earnings outlook for fiscal year 2025 is confirmed. Uniper expects earnings for the first nine months of fiscal year 2025, to remain significantly below the previous year's nine months figures as was already the case in the first quarter and the first half year of 2025. Based on preliminary and unaudited figures, Uniper expects an Adjusted EBITDA of EUR 641 million (previous year: EUR 2,176 million) and an Adjusted Net Income of EUR 268 million (previous year: EUR 1,324 million) for the first nine months of the 2025 fiscal year. Compared to the same period previous year and as in the first quarter and first half of the year 2025, the decline in earnings is due to reduced earnings contributions from hedging transactions in the Flexible Generation segment, in line with the declines in the previous quarters. Further, the segment Greener Commodities is impacted in 2025 by past optimization activities in the gas portfolio. Additionally, the loss of revenues from the procurement of gas due to the non-delivery of gas volumes from Russia contributed to the decline in earnings compared to the previous year.
