EQS-Ad-hoc: Uniper SE / Key word(s): Half Year Results Uniper SE: Uniper expects a significant decline in earnings for the first half of the fiscal year 2025. Earnings outlook for fiscal year 2025 is confirmed. The decline in earnings is due to reduced earnings contributions from hedging transactions in the Flexible Generation segment, as stated previously. Further, the segment Greener Commodities is impacted in 2025 by past optimization activities in the gas portfolio. Additionally, the loss of revenues from the procurement of gas due to the non-delivery of gas volumes from Russia contributed to the decline in earnings compared to the previous year. Uniper’s earnings outlook for the 2025 financial year is confirmed. The key figures used are explained in the Uniper SE annual report. All published figures and statements are preliminary and unaudited. The detailed results for the first half of the 2025 financial year will be published on 7 August 2025, as announced.
