flatexDEGIRO AG has released preliminary, unaudited results for the third quarter of 2025 and raised its full-year guidance. Based on preliminary, unaudited figures, Revenues in Q3 2025 increased by approximately 18% to around €132 million (Q3 2024: €112 million). Net Income rose by approximately 57% to around €39 million (Q3 2024: €25 million). For the first nine months of 2025, Revenues amount to approximately €410 million (9M 2024: €353 million), with Net Income reaching approximately €121 million (9M 2024: €86 million). In light of continued strong growth and successful cost control, flatexDEGIRO AG has raised its full-year 2025 guidance. Full-year Revenues are now expected to reach €530 to €550 million (an increase of approximately 10% and 15% YoY). The previous forecast anticipated an increase of 4% to 8% YoY, resulting in full-year Revenues of €499 to €518 million. Net Income is now expected to reach €150 to €160 million (+34% to +43% YoY). The previous forecast anticipated an increase of 15% to 25% YoY, resulting in a Net Income of €128 to €139 million.
