On April 10, 2025, aap Implantate AG ("aap" or "Company") was informed by BaFin that it had issued a notice regarding the order to initiate an audit of the published consolidated financial statements and the associated Group management report for the 2023 financial year. The company is in close contact with BaFin in order to clarify the past facts of the case transparently and promptly and to lead the audit review to a consensual conclusion in a constructive dialogue.
