DN Deutsche Nachhaltigkeit successfully completes capital increase in kind and acquisition of EcoMotion Holding AG

Frankfurt am Main, September 17, 2025 – DN Deutsche Nachhaltigkeit (ISIN: DE000A3DW408, “Deutsche Nachhaltigkeit”) has successfully completed its capital increase in kind through the contribution of 88% of the shares in EcoMotion Holding AG (formerly First Move! AG). The capital increase in kind, which has now been registered with the Commercial Register of the City of Frankfurt, was executed from Deutsche Nachhaltigkeit’s existing 2022 authorized capital in the amount of EUR 11,529,408. As part of the transaction, Deutsche Nachhaltigkeit issued 11,529,408 new shares to its major shareholder, SP 1 Equity GmbH (“SP 1”), in exchange for shares in EcoMotion. Following the transaction, Deutsche Nachhaltigkeit’s equity base increases to approximately EUR 367 million, resulting in an equity ratio of over 90%.

EcoMotion has developed a patented parking and garage technology that delivers a substantial improvement in space efficiency compared to conventional parking structures. This innovation significantly reduces emissions and land consumption, particularly in urban areas. At the same time, it enables the automatic charging of electric vehicles while parked. By 2035, EcoMotion aims to install 100,000 EV charging points. The technology is also suitable for retrofitting existing parking facilities, with the first projects scheduled to be implemented in the coming months.

With the acquisition of EcoMotion, Deutsche Nachhaltigkeit further strengthens its high-quality portfolio with a company that has a clear impact-driven mission. In this context, EcoMotion achieved a strong ESG score of 31 points on a scale from -100 to +100, well above the investment threshold of 25 points.
