EQS-Ad-hoc: ABOUT YOU Holding SE / Key word(s): Personnel Hamburg, January 8, 2025 – The Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board, Mr. Sebastian Klauke, has today declared to the Supervisory Board and the Management Board that he will continue in his office as a member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board for a transitional period also beyond April 30, 2025. On June 3, 2024, the Company had announced that Mr. Klauke intended to leave the Company’s Supervisory Board prematurely and at the latest by April 30, 2025, in connection with his departure from the management of the Otto Group. In light of the announced takeover offer by Zalando SE, however, Mr. Klauke has now decided to continue in his office as a member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board also beyond April 30, 2025, in order to accompany a smooth transition in the Supervisory Board in the context of the takeover offer. The exact date of Mr. Klauke’s departure from the Supervisory Board depends on the further process and closing of the takeover offer and will be announced accordingly to the public in due course.
