Circus Holds Successful 2026 Annual General Meeting as Global AI Robotics Rollout Progresses Munich, August 21, 2026 – Circus SE (WKN: A2YN35 / ISIN: DE000A2YN355 / XETRA: CA1) held its Annual General Meeting yesterday as a virtual event, with around 49 percent of the share capital represented. Shareholders approved all eleven items on the agenda, with large majorities ranging from 97.78 percent to 99.37 percent. After its commercial launch last October, the group is on track to have more than 50 autonomous AI robotic systems live across nine countries by the end of the year marking it the world's biggest connected fleet of autonomous sustainment systems fully run by the proprietary connected AI platform, CircusOS. In his annual report, Founder and CEO Nikolas Bullwinkel confirmed his continued confidence in the growth of Circus's global autonomous robotics network, highlighting the development of its intelligent ingredient supply chain, ongoing AI software growth for its AI robotics fleet, and further expansion across enterprise clients in the defence, healthcare, infrastructure, and retail sector this year. CA-1 production costs were reduced by more than 25 percent year-on-year, and serial production of the recently acquired CA-A technology is set to begin already this year expanding the company's dual-use robotics portfolio to three patented systems. "This AGM result gives us a clear mandate to keep pushing our technology and the rollout at a strong but sustainable pace, strengthening our market leading position.
