Today, Mutares has therefore agreed with the bank that acted as Listing Agent on Steyr's listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in October 2024 on a consent to terminate the currently remaining soft lock-up obligation under the listing agreement. Mutares remains very convinced of the positive development of Steyr and intends to remain a major shareholder of Steyr. Depending on the current very dynamic market conditions, Mutares expects significant gross proceeds from the reduction of the stake.
