Berlin, 5 September 2025 – Thomas Griesel, co-founder and CEO International of HelloFresh SE (the "Company"), today informed the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, Mr. John H. Rittenhouse, that he does not intend to continue his Management Board mandate beyond 30 April 2026, and will therefore leave the Management Board and the Company at the latest upon expiration of his current term on 30 April 2026. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board took note of this decision with great regret and immediately informed the other members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of the Company. Thomas Griesel co-founded the Company in 2011 together with Dominik Richter and has been a member of the Board of Managing Directors or the Management Board of the Company since then.
