The Executive Board of PAL Next AG (ISIN: DE000A12UPJ7), based in Munich, today entered into an agreement, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, regarding the contribution in kind of a receivable against the Company in the amount of EUR 750,000.00. The receivable relates to the remuneration for services rendered in connection with a film production. The contribution will be made in exchange for the issuance of 595,238 new shares from authorized capital, excluding the statutory subscription rights of shareholders. The capital increase is expected to be implemented before the end of 2025. In this context, PAL Next AG’s existing forecast for the 2025 financial year has been adjusted. The Company remains forecasting revenues of between EUR 21 million and EUR 23 million. Total operating performance including other operating income is expected to be at least EUR 24 million in 2025. The Executive Board now expects earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) for the 2025 financial year to range between EUR -1,250 thousand and EUR -550 thousand (previously: EUR -500 thousand to EUR +200 thousand). The adjustment is primarily based on accounting effects related to the contribution of the receivable and has no impact on the liquidity position of PAL Next AG.
