First Sensor AG: Planned sale of First Sensor Lewicki GmbH to TE Connectivity

Berlin, 01.12.2025 First Sensor AG ("First Sensor", ISIN DE0007201907) intends to conclude an agreement with First Sensor Mobility GmbH, based in Dresden, Germany, for the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary First Sensor Lewicki GmbH, based in Oberdischingen, Germany. The purchase price for First Sensor Lewicki GmbH is approximately EUR 29.5 million. The sale is part of the integration of First Sensor into the TE Group and serves to further focus on the core business of First Sensor AG. The supply relationships between First Sensor AG and First Sensor Lewicki GmbH will remain in place. The sale is to take place no later than December 31, 2025.
