Changes in the Executive Board of GRAMMER AG Ursensollen, 18 June 2025 – Thomas Strobl, member of the Executive Board, will leave GRAMMER AG by mutual agreement on 20 June 2025. With immediate effect, Kelvin Wang will take over Thomas Strobl's responsibilities as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). At the same time, Kelvin Wang has been appointed to the Executive Board. Mr. Wang is an experienced and longtime financial manager in the automotive industry and has been with GRAMMER since August 2022, initially as CFO APAC and, since the beginning of this year, additionally as CFO EMEA. Dr. Ping He, Chairman of the Supervisory Board: “On behalf of the entire Supervisory Board and the Executive Board, we would like to thank Mr. Strobl for his commitment and wish him all the best for his professional as well as personal future. We are delighted to have found an experienced successor for the finance department on the GRAMMER Executive Board in Kelvin Wang.”
Company profile GRAMMER AG, based in Ursensollen, specializes in the development and production of components and systems for car interiors as well as suspended driver and passenger seats for on-road and off-road vehicles. In the Automotive product area, the company supplies headrests, armrests, center console systems, high-quality interior components and operating elements for well-known car manufacturers and system suppliers in the vehicle industry. The Commercial Vehicles product area comprises the business areas of truck and off-road seats (tractors, construction machinery and forklifts) as well as train and bus seating. GRAMMER operates in 20 countries with around 12,000 employees.
