Baader Bank and DJE Extend Strategic Partnership

Baader Bank remains the long-term custodian bank and infrastructure partner for DJE Kapital AG’s digital wealth management offering. The existing partnership has recently been extended for several years. As part of the extension, DJE Kapital AG’s offering for retail investors has been repositioned with more attractive pricing conditions.

Almost ten years ago, the two companies launched a joint concept for DJE’s digital wealth management solution, enabling clients to invest directly in equities and bonds. Since then, both partners have continuously developed and expanded this successful joint model. As part of the renewed cooperation agreement, the two companies have placed their collaboration in digital wealth management on a future-proof footing and are working on strategic enhancements. In addition, custodian bank fees for clients of DJE’s digital wealth management offering have been significantly reduced.

Baader Bank has extensive expertise in custody and trading services and maintains long-term partnerships with a wide range of major wealth managers and neobroker partners. As part of its cooperation partner business, Baader Bank consistently optimizes the product and trading offering together with its partners under the Baader Trading brand. In this context, an expansion of the service offering — including for wealth managers — is planned in connection with the launch of retirement provision custody accounts from 2027 onwards. Partners will benefit from Baader Bank’s infrastructure and processes. In this way, Baader Bank is consistently pursuing further and diversified growth with both existing and new B2B partners.
