Frankfurt am Main, March 06, 2025 - Heliad AG (ISIN DE0001218063, ticker A7A) has generated a positive annual result of EUR 30.5m for the financial year 2024 in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) (as of 31.12.2023: EUR 20.1m) and ended the year with a Net Asset Value (NAV) of EUR 188.8m (as of 30.09.2024: EUR 167.4m). The NAV per share amounted to EUR 22.45 as of 31.12.2024 (as of 30.09.2024: EUR 19.90). The increase in the annual result according to IFRS is attributable, among other things, to the positive development of the position in flatexDEGIRO AG and Raisin SE. The increase in the share price of flatexDEGIRO AG from EUR 11.17 as of 31.12.2023 to EUR 14.78 as of 31.12.2024 had a positive impact on the IFRS result. The total position in flatexDEGIRO AG amounted to EUR 76.0m as of 31.12.2024. In addition, the unlisted portfolio and in particular the investment in Raisin SE have developed extremely positively in terms of operations and valuation. The annual financial statements of Heliad AG in accordance with German commercial law (HGB) show an annual profit of EUR 2.7m (as of 31.12.2023: EUR -15.6m). The figures are preliminary and unaudited. The annual financial report 2024 will be published no later than 30.04.2025 at www.heliad.com in the Investor Relations section.
