MBB SE steigt in den SDAX auf Berlin, 7. Mai 2025 – MBB SE (ISIN DE000A0ETBQ4), ein mittelständisches Familienunternehmen, steigt in den SDAX auf und wird ab dem 9. Mai 2025 in dem Index gelistet sein. Damit gehört MBB in Bezug auf Free-Float-Marktkapitalisierung und Handelsvolumen zu den 160 größten in Deutschland börsennotierten Unternehmen. Der Aufstieg erfolgt auf den Tag genau 19 Jahre nach der Erstnotiz der MBB und nur wenige Wochen nach dem Aufstieg der zur MBB-Gruppe gehörenden Friedrich Vorwerk in den SDAX. Mit einem Umsatz von 1.068 Mio. € bei einer bereinigten EBITDA-Marge von 14 % erreichte MBB im Geschäftsjahr 2024 neue Rekordwerte. Seit dem Börsengang konnte MBB damit sein EBITDA um das 25-fache steigern und wuchs im Umsatz durchschnittlich knapp 20 % pro Jahr. Im laufenden Geschäftsjahr feiert die MBB-Gruppe nicht nur ihr 30-jähriges Bestehen, sondern hat mit einer Nettoliquidität von 554 Mio. € auch beste Voraussetzungen, ihren Wachstumskurs der letzten drei Jahrzehnte fortzusetzen.
