Dr. Tim Tecklenburg wird neuer Finanzvorstand der OHB SE
Der Aufsichtsrat der OHB SE (ISIN: DE0005936124, Prime Standard) hat Dr. Tim Tecklenburg mit Wirkung zum 1. September 2025 zum neuen Chief Financial Officer (CFO) und Mitglied des Vorstands berufen. Dr. Tecklenburg war zuletzt in der Schweiz als CFO im Executive Board der Aebi Schmidt Holding AG tätig. Zuvor war er in leitenden Funktionen bei RUAG Space in Zürich sowie bei Rheinmetall Defence Electronics in Bremen tätig. Damit bringt Dr. Tecklenburg tiefgehende Expertise sowohl im Raumfahrt-Projektgeschäft als auch in der Verteidigungsindustrie mit. „Mit Dr. Tecklenburg gewinnen wir einen ausgewiesenen Finanzexperten mit fundierter Branchenkenntnis. Natürlich hat Kurt Melching unser Unternehmen über mehrere Jahrzehnte hinweg geprägt. Ich bin aber überzeugt, dass Tim Tecklenburg ein würdiger Nachfolger ist. Er wird die begonnenen Optimierungen im Rahmen unseres Transformationsprozesses konsequent weiterverfolgen und zugleich neue Impulse für ein profitables Wachstum setzen“, erklärt Marco Fuchs, Vorstandsvorsitzender der OHB SE. Seine akademische Laufbahn begann Dr. Tecklenburg mit einem Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Universität Münster, wo er auch promovierte. Dr. Tecklenburg ist verheiratet und Vater von zwei Kindern. Die Übergabe der Verantwortung erfolgt in enger Abstimmung mit seinem Vorgänger Kurt Melching, der ihn in den kommenden Wochen begleiten wird. Darüber hinaus wird Herr Melching weitere strategische Aufgaben im Konzernvorstand, insbesondere im Verteidigungsbereich, übernehmen.
