EQS-Ad-hoc: FORTEC Elektronik Aktiengesellschaft / Schlagwort(e): Personalie/Sonstiges Der Aufsichtsrat der FORTEC Elektronik Aktiengesellschaft hat heute aus wichtigem Grund den Widerruf der Bestellung von Frau Sandra Maile zum Vorstandsmitglied und den Widerruf der Ernennung zur Vorsitzenden des Vorstands der Gesellschaft jeweils mit sofortiger Wirkung beschlossen.
Herr Ulrich Ermel hat dem Aufsichtsrat am 30. September 2025 mitgeteilt, dass er für eine weitere Amtszeit nicht zur Verfügung steht und beabsichtigt spätestens zum Ablauf des 30. Juni 2026 aus dem Vorstand der FORTEC Elektronik Aktiengesellschaft auszuscheiden. Der Aufsichtsrat nimmt dies zum Anlass die Unternehmensführung der Gesellschaft neu aufzustellen und beabsichtigt derzeit, den Vorstand insgesamt ab Mitte des kommenden Jahres neu zu besetzen.
