clearvise AG implements tracker PV project from existing pipeline in Italy

Frankfurt, 04 November 2025 - clearvise AG (WKN A1EWXA / ISIN DE000A1EWXA4), a renewable energy producer with a diversified European portfolio of wind and PV plants, announces that the building permit for a PV project in the northern Italian province of Vicenza has become legally binding upon expiry of the appeal period. The project is part of clearvise's secured portfolio pipeline and stems from a clearPARTNERS cooperation. The Tezze solar park is expected to be built and commissioned in 2026 with a capacity of around 4.1 MWp.

Petra Leue-Bahns, CEO of clearvise AG, explains: "clearvise AG has a strong portfolio of profitable wind and solar parks. In addition, we have secured rights to further projects, which we can add to our existing portfolio once they have been successfully approved and subject to attractive expected returns. This combination enables us, as a YieldCo, to generate predictable income over the next few years. Tezze is a good example:  We are delighted that, together with our co-development partner, we have already reached construction readiness in less than a year. This will enable us to continuously strengthen clearvise AG's dividend capacity."

Tezze is located in northeastern Italy, in the heart of Veneto, on the border between the provinces of Vicenza (where it is located) and Padua. Thanks to high levels of solar radiation and many hours of sunshine per year, the region is particularly well suited for tracker PV systems. It also has a good grid infrastructure. The tracker system is designed to follow the sun, significantly increasing the yield compared to fixed installations.
